We’re thrilled with your amazing support so far — and for all your votes and creative ideas in the add-on vote last week. We feel blessed to have such a magnificent community.
1) 48-hour backer flash deal
Our Early Bird offer officially ends this Friday at 18:00 CEST. Until then you can add additional GLORBs to your pledge for the launch day price of $99 each. It’s a perfect chance to enhance your GLORB experience or share the magic with friends and family.
How to do it:
- Click Manage your pledge
- Go to Add-ons
- Add any amount of the Limited Time extra GLORB
- Done
2) Video review by Chris Maher
Check out Chris Maher — a well-known tech reviewer and DIY guru — as he dives into GLORB from unboxing to lighting up his gaming room and customizing it for different moods.
3) Add-on vote update
Our community has spoken — thank you for your engagement and ideas. Out of the proposed ideas, two clearly got the most votes.
With a vast majority of the votes, we hear you. We’re working hard on making this a reality and are discussing options with our manufacturer. This is a big step, which means we need time to test and develop it to reach our quality standards. One key challenge is that we may need to custom-make LEDs to fit our geometry — we’re exploring who can do this and at what cost. We’ll update you when we’ve made progress.
We also have a prototype and are working on how to manufacture it. It will happen — stay tuned as we get further in development.
