Hey GLORBsters! Exciting news — it’s time for the final step in getting you your long‑awaited GLORB(s).
💌 The GLORB BackerKit surveys are finally out! We sent a smoke test to 5% of you to ensure everything works smoothly. It went great, so now we’re confident in sending it to everyone. Please keep an eye on your inbox for the “GLORB | BackerKit Survey” email.
What the survey is for
- Get more GLORBs at your pledge tier prices
- Unlock free shipping for orders of 4+ total GLORBs at checkout (including your Kickstarter orders)
- Choose your plug type

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a platform that allows crowdfunding campaign creators like us to manage the campaign fulfillment process. It helps us streamline adding shipping costs to your pledge, minimizing errors and future headaches.
ℹ️ I can’t find my survey — help
- Go to glorb.backerkit.com and enter the email you use for Kickstarter to retrieve your survey.
- Make sure you’re logged into the email you use for Kickstarter.
- Check Spam/Junk folders.
- If you used Apple ID, check the email address used for your Apple ID.
Need a hand with the survey?
We shared a short video tutorial that guides you through the process. After you respond, you can go back later and change your responses any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts.
Please reply ASAP — the sooner you fill in the survey, the sooner we will know how many GLORBs to ship and where to send them.
Last chance to GLORB it up
Inside the survey you will have the last chance to get more GLORBs in the “Add‑ons” section. Prices are adjusted to your pledge tier and only available for our Kickstarter backers. These limited‑time discounted Kickstarter prices won’t be available again.
📦 Free shipping?
Yes — we are offering free shipping if you get 4+ GLORBs in total at checkout (including your Kickstarter orders). Your card won’t be charged instantly — payment happens later — so you can upgrade now and pay later.

FAQs
When should I reply to the survey?
ASAP — this helps us organize production and shipping as quickly as possible.
When will you charge credit cards for upgrades and shipping?
Credit cards will be charged in August 2024. You can safely upgrade your pledge and add‑ons now, and pay later.
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes — you can update your shipping address any time before we close the surveys. Once locked, changes won’t be possible.
